MATH REVIEW: USEFUL MATH FOR EVERYONE

Welcome to the School of Public Health Online Math Review!

Kristin Anderson, who teaches Public Health 5320: Introduction to Epidemiology, thought it would be very useful for people considering enrolling for that class to review math concepts used in the class.

'Wouldn't it be great,' she was saying, 'if we could post a self-guided math tutorial for people to use before they enroll in PubH 5320 and other courses?'

This site is that tutorial. Since we began building it, we realized that students in other School of Public Health courses might find this useful as well.

You do not have to be registered for any course to use this site. Please tell us if you find it useful; don't hesitate to suggest what else we might add.

You can do any of the lessons in any order you want. Doing all the lessons back to back should take half an hour to an hour. Click on the links below, follow the directions, and have fun brushing up on your math!
